Our Mission
Dwell XPM is built on a foundation of over 10 years experience providing home watch services to the greater Boston area, first as The House Watchers of Winchester, MA which more recently merged with (the original) Dwell XPM, a full-service home watch & concierge provider in MetroWest Boston. The partnership combines years of local experience with an innovative service model, creating a more comprehensive resource for homeowners across MetroWest and beyond. Today, our mission remains the same: : to protect homes, simplify property ownership, and provide clients with peace of mind.

With more than 40 years of combined experience in the Metrowest Boston area owning and managing properties, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to home & property owners and tenants in our community. The larger Dwell XPM team is led by our two founding principals:
Caroline Conlin
Caroline Conlin, a National Home Watch Association Certified Home Watch Professional, is a founding partner specializing in business operations and vendor management. She maintains a deep understanding of the local market dynamics built on her experience working for one of the top real estate brokers in Massachusetts. She has lived in the Wellesley/Needham, MA area over the past 20 years, raising her 3 young adult children in the community. Outside of work, Caroline is a fitness enthusiast and devoted dog lover.
Dan Stempel
Dan Stempel is a founding partner who specializes in strategic property management solutions and financial operations. He has lived in Wellesley, MA over the past 26 years, where he raised his three children. He has owned multiple, profitable investment properties and has previously founded and sold several successful technology businesses. Outside of work, Dan is a passionate skier and racquet sports enthusiast.
